Professional Recruiting Services

Option 1: Direct Hire

  • Job seekers are placed in permanent positions. We learn about your skills, qualifications and job preferences and match you with our client's career openings. During the hiring process, we work with you and the client to execute a job offer. The client pays 100% of our services fee--our services are always free to job seekers!

Option 2: Contract to Hire

  • Qualified job seekers are placed in contract positions that have the opportunity to go permanent. We learn about your qualifications, job preferences, and match you up to positions that are a good fit for your background. Our recruiters will work with you and set you up for a client interview. If the interview goes well, you will be payrolled by Talent HR Solutions. If our client is happy with your performance, the client will bring you on as their employee. Contract to hire assignment typically last 2-3 months prior to becoming an employee of our client.

Option 3: Contract

  • Qualified job seekers are hired by THRS and placed on contract assignments at a variety of client companies. Contract assignment employees are needed--for special projects, during busy seasons, and to fill-in for people on vacation or leaves of absence. Most assignments average 40 hours per week. Contract assignments are a great way to explore job opportunities and learn about new skills in the work place.
