Why does your firm need to be Compliant?
Labor law postings of the most current labor laws and regulations are a mandatory requirement for all businesses. Keep in mind that penalties are normally imposed on businesses that do not properly display their labor law notification posters in the workplace. In addition, companies may be at risk for employee disputes that may arise from the absence of the posters or from misinformation in the posters. Whenever a mandatory labor law poster update occurs, Talent HR Solutions will receive updated labor law posters and we are also able to notify you.
