How to Post on Craigslist

  1. Write job description on a word program.
  2. Save to Desktop, or an Ads folder.
  3. Then highlight your description, right click to copy. Close.
  4. Log on to CraigsList.org. Choose a location (Map? Some cost money.) Post to classifieds.
  5. Click on ‘job offered.’
  6. Click on ‘I will abide…guidelines.’
  7. Choose a category.
  8. Fill in fields (boxes)
    • post description by right click and paste
    • compensation - give a $$$$$ range/open/DOE [depending on experience]
    • for reply, type your email address
    • click ‘use my email address as my reply-to’
  9. Review following page, and edit. Finally, scrolling to bottom and typing in letters from the verification box on left.
  10. Final page, click ‘Acceptance of Terms.’
  11. Return to your email.
    • Click on CraigsList email, and on their blue address
    • Returning to CraigsList, click [last chance to edit/delete] publish/edit/delete.
    • For another posting, click ‘Back to CraigsList.’
