It’s pretty frustrating trying to start your own business. In doing my own research, I looked online and Google searched “Human Resource Administration and Honolulu” and saw the Talent HR Solutions website. I was quite impressed with how responsive they were to assess and tend to my human resource needs. They offer every single component you can think of to help you start your own business in Hawaii. At a time when unemployment rate in Hawaii continues to be one of the lowers in the nation, the team at Talent HR Solutions has been a tremendous force in finding viable candidates for our various positions. As many Hawaii employers are finding, the response to classified ads has been virtually nonexistent. We need to rely on the expertise of employment agencies to be proactive and effective in finding candidates who might not otherwise respond to ads.
Talent HR Solutions has a dynamic team of counselors who have consistently found qualified applicants for us. While not all applicants were hired, the fact that they can even locate any applicants with the requirements we are looking, is a feat in itself. Over the past 2 years, we have hired employees that were referred by Talent HR Solutions, and in fact have just filled a position that has been vacant for the past 12 months.
