Expands Client Services, Reduces Costs

Honolulu, Hawaii — Locally owned and operated Talent HR Solutions, a human resource staffing and outplacement company specializing in payroll administration in Honolulu and outplacement resources, has recently acquired Talent Search Group, LLC (TSG), a career placement division, according to an announcement by principal and owner Sanjay Mirchandani.

TSG was originally founded in 2004 as a full-service recruitment firm to find candidates from different industries as a means to streamline the job search for human resources and hiring managers. Their staffing services include placements for direct hire, contract to hire and on a contract basis. Citing the need to expand services to their increasing client database, Mirchandani launched the human resources administration service Talent HR Solutions, LLC in January 2009. The company currently offers human resource administration, professional employer organization outsourcing services and corporate recruiting services to small- and medium-sized businesses with more than 5 and up to 100 employees. As companies monitor their budgeting expenses, Mirchandani has seen a growth in the demand for payroll administration services, a key component of Talent HR Solutions’ wide menu of services.
