POSITION SUMMARY
Although chiropractic experience is a plus, we are open to training. This position is ideal for someone hoping for experience in a healthcare setting either in the front office or for someone interested in more hands-on experience with patients-here you will get both.
Excellent phone skills a must. You will be answering new patient inquiries. We are a paperless office. Positive attitude must. Self-motivated, well organized, and can multitask.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering phones.
Schedule patients.
Update client charts and information.
Insurance billing.
Managing office flow.
Assist patients in and out of physiotherapies.
Health record note taking.
Clean and sanitize equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Front Desk experience.
Insurance billing a plus.
Able to lift 40+ lbs.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Previous receptionist and customer service experience.
EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, VEHICLE
Phones and computer equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Indoor and outdoor environments – exposure to hot and cold temperatures and different weather conditions.
WORK SCHEDULE
Part time – Able to work days, weekends.
