Sanjay Mirchandani
Managing Director & Founder

With a remarkable 20 year journey at Talent HR Solutions, Sanjay proudly serves as our founder and Managing Director. He holds degrees in Business Management and Economics from Southern Oregon University, Ashland, Oregon. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, he graduated from Kalani High School back in 1993. Outside the professional arena, Sanjay enjoys tennis, hiking, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and spending time with his two sons and wife. His palate craves the flavors of Thai, Japanese, Indian, Italian and Hawaiian cuisines.

Jennifer Ellis

Director of HR and Operations

With over a decade of dedicated service, Jennifer holds the role of Director of HR & Operations. Originally from Palm Springs, CA, she holds a degree in psychology from Arizona State University. Beyond her professional life, Jennifer finds joy in the arts, with a penchant for Broadway shows and a love for live concerts.

Kathy Pha

HR GENERALIST

Kathy serves as the HR Generalist for the Talent HR Solutions team. Her role consists of providing HR related services including Onboarding, Employee Relations, Policy and Procedures and other administrative tasks. Kathy is originally from Sacramento, California and attended California State University Chico and studied Anthropology and Business Administration. She relocated to Hawaii in August 2017 where she began her career in Human Resources.

Isabel Rita

Benefits Supervisor

Isabel is the dedicated Benefits Supervisor. She's a master of organization and coordination, overseeing medical enrollments, Workers Comp claims, and more. Isabel's knack for optimizing space—honed through her secret "tetris" talent—extends from her work to her home life. Isabel's passion for reading, crafting, and puzzles keeps her engaged.

Chayde Remata

Payroll specialist

Hailing from Pearl City, Chayde is a vital member of our payroll team at Talent HR Solutions, handling payroll reports and invoicing. When not crunching numbers, you might find her immersed in drawing, painting, or crafting. Chayde's guilty pleasure is horror movies; she enjoys them even if they make her a tad paranoid.

Ryan Nomi

Client relations Manager

Ryan was born and raised in Honolulu and is a graduate of Kaiser High School. As our Client Relations Manager, he brings valuable PEO experience and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active, playing basketball, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife and their dog, Charlie.

Jadeen Phayakoun

Business Development executive

Jadeen plays a key role in THRS’s growth strategy, focusing on marketing, proposals, contracts, and lead generation. She also provides administrative support and fosters client relationships. During her free time, you'll often find her capturing the island's landscapes or exploring its scenic trails.

Abyssinia Hammouri-Davis

Benefits Coordinator

With over a decade of customer service experience, Abyssinia believes in making a positive impact in people's lives with the Aloha Spirit and the Golden rule being her guiding principles. Her passionate energy and genuine care for others helps her navigate even the most complex situations with grace, empathy, and lightheartedness. Whether it’s guiding someone through medical enrollments or just being a friendly voice when things get stressful, she's dedicated to creating a supportive environment with the people she serves. When she's not working, she prioritizes spending time with loved ones and going out into nature to connect with the universal energy that keeps her grounded and happy.

Arisa Eguchi

PAYROLL COORDINATOR

Arisa lends her expertise at Talent HR Solutions by supporting various payroll functions. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures accurate processing and smooth payroll operations. A little known secret about her is that she's a pro at party planning. Her guilty pleasure is filling her downtime with a mix of Netflix and Hulu shows.

Tiffany Sawai

Tiffany brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial leadership experience across industries including hospitality, real estate, education, and distribution. She most recently served as Controller at MacNaughton, one of Hawaii’s leading real estate developers, where she oversaw the finance and accounting functions of the Hospitality Division and produced financial statements for hotel properties and their parent entities.

Earlier in her career, Tiffany held senior finance roles with Republic National Distributing Company, Damien Memorial School, and Honsador Holding LLC, and began her career in public accounting with a decade at KPMG LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant (Hawaii, not in public practice) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

She enjoys sharing good food and laughs with friends and family, relaxing with her two cats, and growing fresh herbs while seeking out new super-spicy foods to try.
