Sanjay Mirchandani
Managing Director & Founder
With a remarkable 20 year journey at Talent HR Solutions, Sanjay proudly serves as our founder and Managing Director. He holds degrees in Business Management and Economics from Southern Oregon University, Ashland, Oregon. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, he graduated from Kalani High School back in 1993. Outside the professional arena, Sanjay enjoys tennis, hiking, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and spending time with his two sons and wife. His palate craves the flavors of Thai, Japanese, Indian, Italian and Hawaiian cuisines.
Jennifer Ellis
Director of HR and Operations
With over a decade of dedicated service, Jennifer holds the role of Director of HR & Operations. Originally from Palm Springs, CA, she holds a degree in psychology from Arizona State University. Beyond her professional life, Jennifer finds joy in the arts, with a penchant for Broadway shows and a love for live concerts.
Darby Barnett
Benefits Coordinator
Darby is a valued member at THRS, handling employee health care enrollment, COBRA administration, TDI, and more. Darby's academic background in Business Technology from Leeward Community College sets her up for success. Beyond the office, you'll find her immersed in movie marathons, TV series, and shopping sprees for delicious snacks.
Chayde Remata
Payroll Coordinator
Hailing from Pearl City, Chayde is our newest team member, but has already become an integral part of the payroll team. When not crunching numbers, you might find her immersed in drawing, painting, or crafting. Chayde's guilty pleasure is horror movies, she enjoys them even if they make her a tad paranoid.
Isabel Rita
Benefits Supervisor
Isabel is the dedicated Benefits Supervisor. She's a master of organization and coordination, overseeing medical enrollments, Workers Comp claims, and more. Isabel's knack for optimizing space—honed through her secret "tetris" talent—extends from her work to her home life. Isabel's passion for reading, crafting, and puzzles keeps her engaged.
Arisa Eguchi
HR Generalist
Arisa lends her expertise as an HR Generalist at Talent HR Solutions. Her role involves delivering a range of human resource services, managing employee records, and being a go-to for HR inquiries. A little known secret about her is that she's a pro at party planning. Her guilty pleasure is filling her downtime with a mix of Netflix and Hulu shows.
Jadeen Phayakoun
Business Development Assistant
As the Business Development Assistant, Jadeen provides administrative support, fosters client relationships, and contributes to Talent HR’s growth strategy through marketing, events, and lead generation. Raised on Oahu, Hawaii, she attended LCC and holds a degree in Business Technology. During her free time, you'll often find her capturing the island's landscapes or exploring its scenic trails.
Taylee Au-Tabura
Business Development Executive
As the newest addition to the Talent HR team, Taylee is thrilled to bring her expertise to both the prospecting and marketing efforts, as well as collaborating with various departments within the office. Hailing from the vibrant island of Oahu, Hawaii, Taylee earned her associate's degree in liberal arts from HCC, followed by a bachelor's degree in business marketing from the University of Hawaii at West Oahu. When she's not engaging with clients and expanding our reach, Taylee enjoys quality time with her feline companion, hitting the gym for a workout, going to church and exploring outdoor activities with her family. She's also passionate about community involvement and building meaningful connections.
