POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees all aspect of the business and ensures all policies and procedures are followed. Excellent communication and customer service both internal and external.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Opening and closing of the store, inventory, cash reconciliation, ordering products, customer service, proper tasks delegation to staff, staffing, training.


Share with the customers proper way of handling products as well as safety features.



QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership – able to motivate, keep positive the team.

Phone Etiquette.

Proficient Computer skills, Word and Excel programs.

Previous POS/Shopify experience.

Organized, Self-motivated, Time management skills.



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma

College degree preferred

Previous retail management experience



EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, VEHICLE

Office equipment – Experience with computer, phone, fax, scanner, printer, cash register.

Previous POS/Shopify experience.



WORK ENVIRONMENT

Varies. Shop is air-conditioned.



WORK SCHEDULE

Able to work Monday through Friday from 11am – 6:30pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm.
