POSITION SUMMARY
The tinting technician performs window tinting on all cars when requested and performs repairs on previously tinted vehicles by stripping and re-tinting as needed. Assist customers in their professional installation of window film (tint), vinyl, car & truck accessory products, and installation services while maintaining a high level customer satisfaction
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to perform error free installation of window film and accessories.

Follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment.

Responsible for marketing the company brand and services by completing standard, factory, and custom installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day and able to balance & climb ladders.
Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and able to reach/lift above the shoulder frequently.
Able to squat, kneel, and bend at the waist.
Able to endure inside and outside weather environments
High school degree
Previous tinting experience preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driver record.

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time/Part-time: Varying shifts. Must be able to work weekends during business open hours.
EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, VEHICLES USE
Will use equipment in window in tinting, scraper, cutter, razor, window tinting film, sprayer, heat gun – variety of tools with sharp blades used to measure and cut tinting supplies. Large printers, laminators, and plotters.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Outdoor setting: exposed to a variety of temperatures and weather conditions. Working with a range of vehicles.
COMPENSATION
$18 - $22 per hour, commensurate with experience
