Resume Forwarding is available exclusively to Talent HR Solutions clients and handles sourcing and screening — we forward qualified resumes to you and you manage the interviews and final decision. Direct Hire is a full-service option where we manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including interviewing and reference checks.
What does the 90-day guarantee on Direct Hire mean?
If a Direct Hire candidate doesn't work out within the first 90 days, we'll replace them one time at no additional charge. We stand behind our placements.
Do I have to be a Talent HR Solutions payroll client to use recruiting services?
Resume Forwarding is exclusive to our PEO/payroll clients. Direct Hire placement is available as a standalone service. Contact us to discuss which option makes sense for your situation.
